Utah has had a great season. I know they didn’t make the playoffs but they still had a successful season. They went 10-3 on the season and two of their three losses were to top 20 teams by 10 or less points. 

The Nittany Lions were 10-2 this season. They finished the season on a four game winning streak. Their only losses this season came to two of the four CFP teams in Michigan and Ohio State.

I like Utah here. One factor that should help them is how big of a home field advantage they are going to have in this game. The Utes are obviously a much better home team as they went 6-0 at home compared to 3-3 on the road. I think the Utes take care of the Nittany Lions in this one despite how good of a season they’ve had.
