Big 12 battle in the sooner state

Kansas State has started the season well with going 3-1 with a razor thin loss to Missouri 30-27. This Kansas State offense has looked great ranking 29th in the country passing and 25th rushing. With the 14th ranked scoring offense the Wildcats offense looks dangerous this year. They’ve also been good on the defensive side with the 31st ranked scoring defense. The offense has looked very balanced but Will Hoawd does need to fix the turnover throwing 4 interceptions to just 8 touchdowns.

Oklahoma State has not looked great this year and are off to a terrible start. Currently on a 2 game losing streak after losing to Iowa State and getting blown out by South Alabama they are at the bottom of the big 12. The offense has not looked good with an 86th ranked passing offense and a rushing offense outside the top 100. Quarterback Alan Bowman has not looked great with 3 interceptions on the year to only 2 touchdowns. The defense has been solid ranking 57th but the offense cannot seem to put up points this year.

Take Kansas State in this game. The Wildcats look great on both sides of the ball this year and will look to beat down the weak link in the Big 12. Oklahoma State has not shown anything promising on the offensive side that convinces me they can keep with the Wildcats. Oklahoma State will be able to get some stops but I don’t see a world where the offense put up enough points to stay close in this one.
