There was very little movement at the top of the latest AP Top 25 with LSU moving to No. 5 ahead of Oklahoma after the Sooners struggled to get past Army on Saturday as heavy home favorites. The rest of the list had some major movement led by No. 13 Virginia Tech dropping out of the Top 25 altogether following a shocking loss to Old Dominion as a 28-point road favorite. Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas A&M and Boston College also lost their spot in the national rankings with a bad loss. Kentucky, Texas, Duke, California and Texas Tech filled the void in their AP Top 25 debut.

Turning to this week’s college football betting board at BetAnySports, the No. 3 Clemson Tigers will be out for revenge in Saturday’s ACC matchup against Syracuse. The Tigers lost to the Orange 27-24 as 23.5-point road favorites in their only setback of the 2017 regular season. Clemson is listed as a 22.5-point home favorite this time around with Syracuse sitting at a perfect 4-0 straight-up with a 3-1 record against the spread.

No. 2 Georgia failed to cover against Missouri last Saturday as a 14.5-point road favorite in a 14-point win. This Saturday, the Bulldogs square off against Tennessee at home as heavy 31.5-point favorites. The Volunteers have lost six of their last eight games against Georgia SU, but they still have a 4-2 edge ATS in the last six games between these two SEC rivals.

The first of two huge showdowns on the Week 5 schedule is a Big Ten tilt between the No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes and the No. 9 Penn State Nittany Lions in a 7:30 p.m. start from Beaver Stadium on ABC. Both teams are 4-0 SU with 3-1 records ATS. The Buckeyes are favored by 3.5-points on the road with the total set at 67.5 points. Ohio State has won four of its last five road games against Penn State SU.

The annual rivalry between No. 7 Stanford and No. 8 Notre Dame will be renewed in a 7:30 p.m. start on NBC from Notre Dame Stadium. Each of these teams is off to a SU 4-0 start with the Cardinal going 3-1 ATS against the Irish’s even 2-2 mark. BetAnySports has opened Notre Dame as a 4.5-point favorite with the total set at 54 points. Stanford has covered in four of its last six trips to South Bend.
