SEC battle in Arkansas
The Aggies have started the season well going 3-1 with their only loss to the Miami Hurricanes. They beat Auburn last week to start undefeated in SEC play. The Aggies play Alabama , Tennessee and South Carolina over the next 4 weeks so they need to grab this game for some momentum. The offense is a question mark with starting QB Weigman out for the season. On the other side of the ball the Aggies have been great ranking 15 in the country excelling against the run and pass. They need a big improvement from their rushing game to keep their backup comfortable in this one.
Arkansas has had a decent start to the season going 2-2 with two very close losses to LSU and BYU. KJ Jefferson has started the season well but is going to have a tough time against this Aggies defense. The defense has struggled against the run ranking 75th nationally. Passing wise they have looked solid against two elite offenses in recent weeks.
Take Arkansas in this game. The Razorbacks may not win this one but at the very least will keep it very close. In both their losses they have lost by 7 or less. I also expect the Aggies offense to struggle getting adjusted to a new quarterback and the Razorbacks should take advantage.
