Kent State is playing some great basketball and it feels like they have found their stride just in time for the tournament. The Golden Flashes have won their last six games. Meanwhile, the Hoosiers won in the semifinal game of the Big Ten Tournament to the Penn State Nittany Lions. The Hoosiers will look to win the NCAA Tournament. They have struggled as of Late losing two of their five games.

With an 28-6 record on the season and an 15-3 record in conference play, the Golden Flashes secured the second seed in the MAC Tournament. Kent State showed out in the tournament defeating Northern Illinois and Akron before taking the crown against Toledo. Kent State locked in their spot in the tournament as the WAC champions with the 13th seed in the Midwest Region. Unfortunately, they must play against a good Hoosiers team. Look to see if the Golden Flashes can stun the Hoosiers.

With an 22-11 record on the season and an 12-8 record in conference play, the Hoosiers finished third in the Big Ten Standings. In the tournament they were the third seed as they won their first game easily against the Maryland Terrapins. In the semifinal game they struggled against the Penn State Nittany Lions. Kent State vs. Indiana Prediction

I like Indiana in this game. I think they roll through Kent State. I just think no one on Kent State will be able to guard Trayce Jackson-Davis. Also, I think their offense and the way they size up will be an advantage too. I like Indiana to win this game 81-63 against Kent State. Look for Hood-Schifino to have a monster game against the Golden Flashes.

Kent State vs. Indiana: The Indiana Hoosiers cover the spread (-4.5).
