Gonzaga is looking strong after winning 12 games in a row and have their eyes set on making the Final Four of the tournament for the second time in three years. Gonzaga’s big man Drew Timme is a huge reason for the bulldogs success. In the recent win over UCLA, Timme had 36 points and 13 rebounds. 

The Huskies are coming off a convincing 88-65 win against Arkansas. UConn is looking to enter familiar territory and make the Final Four for the first time since 2014, the year that they won it all. Entering the match as the favorites, the huskies are led by forward Adama Sonogo. Sonogo is having an impressive season averaging 17.3 ppg and 7.5 rpg. 

Gonzaga’s Drew Timme is catching fire at the perfect time. This season Timme is averaging 21.1 ppg, 7.3rpg, 3.2apg and 1 block on the defensive side of the ball. Behind his efficient scoring, great low post game and skilled passing, Gonzaga is confident in taking down the Huskies and winning it all. Gonzaga is averaging 85.7ppg to UConn’s 78.7ppg.
