Hoosiers open up season against Eagles

The Hoosiers are coming into this season with a ton of new faces. They lost Trayce Jackson-Davis to the NBA and he was their leader last year as he averaged 20+ points and 10+ rebounds. Mike Woodson is trying to lead this team back to prominence. 

The Eagles are starting their second season under coach Pat Chambers. They went 17-15 last season but went just 7-11 in conference play. They will be getting back Isaiah Thompson who averaged 14.9 points last season. 

It is hard for me to trust the Eagles in this spot. They were voted to finish second in the preseason by the coaches in this conference but they are going to be on the road in this one. I know the Eagles are supposed to be looking better but the Hoosiers have some talented transfers coming in and this is their home opener.
