San Diego State is coming into this game defeating America’s favorites to win it all, The University of Alabama and arguably the best player in college basketball Brandon Miller. The Aztecs won the game 71-64. SDSU put on a defensive clinic against Alabama recording 9 blocks and only allowing 32.4% from the field and only 11.1% shooting from deep. 

The Blue Jays are entering this game after defeating a much weaker opponent in the 15th seed Princeton. Creighton is averaging 76.6 ppg this season. Creighton shot extremely well against Princeton and will have to repeat that performance in order to defeat a strong defensive team in SDSU. 

The San Diego State Aztecs have covered against the spread 5 straight games. After such a strong performance against a dominant opponent, I expect the pattern to continue.
