Big ranked matchup in Arkansas
The Bearcats are coming off a season where they made CFB history. They were the first Group of Five team to ever make the College Football Playoff. They lost to Alabama 27-6 in the semifinals. They lost their QB, leading rusher, and best defender in the offseason as they all moved on to the NFL or graduated.
Arkansas had a pretty good season last year as they went 9-4 overall and 4-4 in the SEC. They finished 3rd in the SEC West. They finished the season off by winning five of their last six games. Their one loss was a very close game against Alabama as they barely lost 42-35. They finished their season with a win over Penn State in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
I think Cincy is being underrated here. Iknow they lost some key guys but this team went undefeated last year and made the College Football Playoff before losing to Alabama in the semifinals. They were one of the four best teams in college football last year. This defense is still amazing and I think this game will be a very close one. Cincy has beat some quality opponents over the last couple of years like Notre Dame. I have faith in them to keep this close if not win this game.
